**** Our Breakthrough Business Empowerment Retreats are tailored to meet the needs of all invited attendees. To ensure fairness and consistency of the candidate pool, we require interview screenings of all applicants. ****

No Obligations, you may opt out anytime!

* MUST * attach a copy of your Driver's License or Personal ID

Must be official and unexpired
You may choose to blot out the ID number
ID/DL photo must match the screened applicant or be disqualified

If you "are not" selected, your application will be placed on file for (1) year. Please do not submit more than one (1) application per calendar year (Jan. - Dec.). Submitting more than (1) application will disqualify you from further consideration during the current event year.

Interview Screening Process:

Interview # 1: Over-The-Phone Screening
Interview # 2: Virtual Screening with a Representative
Interview # 3: Virtual Screening with an Executive *Final
Optional - Interview # 4: In cases of a Runner-Up Selection

Candidates will receive an updated email after each interview regarding an invitation to the next round. ( No Phone Calls Accepted! )

Each interview may take up to (45-60) minutes to complete

* ---------------------------- * ACCOMMODATIONS

* If you are selected to attend our retreat, you will be required to pay an

Administrative Fee. The fee is considered your contribution to the program. The amount requested is according to your preferred accommodation.

* We will require payment of the Administrative Fee after the selection pool is finalized and you have agreed to attend the event, see No Refund Policy

* If an accommodation is preferred, hotel reservations will be arranged for one (1) person per room.

* ABSOLUTELY NO visitors, children, or companions allowed to accompany you during your stay.

Our retreats are held for (3) days:

Friday, check-in by 4:00 pm (CST)
Saturday, all-day
Sunday, end by 3:00 pm (CST)

Circle Uplift is committed to providing:

Lodging Arrangements, Per Event Night
Catered Meals, Snacks, & Beverages
Welcome Packets, Party Favors, & Swag Bags
Quest Speakers, Holistic Workshops, & Event Activities

Attendees will be responsible for:

Administrative Fee
On-Site Travel, to and from the event location
Any Extra Amenities, i.e., spas, bar, room servicing, gift shop, etc.
Any Off-Site Travel, i.e., shopping, attractions, or entertainment
